Summary

• Your imported and edited photos are processed on your device. LumaTone does not upload your photo library.
• LumaTone does not require an account and does not use advertising trackers.
• Apple processes App Store purchases. RevenueCat processes anonymous purchase and subscription information so Pro access, restores, trial eligibility, and aggregate product analytics work reliably.

Photos and editing

When you choose a photo, iOS grants LumaTone access to that selected item. Rendering and export happen on your device. The app accesses your photo library only through Apple-provided pickers and saves an export only after you choose to do so. LumaTone does not send photo pixels, filenames, captions, or library contents to us or to RevenueCat.

Purchases and subscriptions

Payments are completed through your Apple Account and processed by Apple. LumaTone uses RevenueCat to provide and restore Pro access, determine introductory-offer eligibility, and understand subscription performance in aggregate.

RevenueCat may process an automatically generated anonymous app user identifier; product identifiers; purchase, renewal, expiration, cancellation, refund, and trial status; storefront and pricing information; and limited app, operating-system, device, and network metadata. We do not send RevenueCat your name, email address, contacts, photos, advertising identifier, precise location, or a custom account identifier.

We use this information for app functionality and aggregate analytics. We do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking, and we do not sell personal information.

Service providers and international processing

Apple and RevenueCat act as service providers for purchases and subscription infrastructure. They may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to their security and legal safeguards. Retention and security

LumaTone keeps local preferences and saved recipes on your device until you remove them or delete the app. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat as needed to provide subscription history, restore access, prevent fraud, comply with law, and maintain financial records. We use platform security features and limit data processing to what is needed for these purposes, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
• Control photo access in iOS Settings.
• Delete the app to remove its local settings and saved recipes.
• Contact us to ask a privacy question or request help with information under our control. Apple may need to handle requests about payment records it controls.

Children

LumaTone is a general-audience photo editor and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
